The wine expert will also lead you to the tour of the cellar and you have the opportunity to discover and learn everything about the vinification and all the secrets and stories that are behind every single wine.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Our winery is located on Provincial Road 101 (SP101) and you will find us right in front of the Church of San Giorgio allo Spadaio.
What to expect
You will arrive at the tasting room in the quiet hills of San Donato in Poggio, tour one of the cellars, and receive an introduction on the vinification process and on the different winemaking methods we use.
Then, we will provide you with an in-depth sensory and technical description of each wine that you try. You’ll be able to cleanse your palate with local snacks, and of course our exclusive olive oil.
We offer tastings of at least 5 flagship wines including: Chianti Classico Riserva, Super Tuscans, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, but also new harvests and vintages exclusive only to the tasting room guests.
