Next, you’ll be escorted to Topper’s Restaurant & Bar, overlooking the sparkling lagoon. Here you’ll sip on Topper’s famous homemade rhum punch while learning the brand’s fascinating story. You’ll then savor a chef-crafted “Cooking with Rhum” sampler platter, pairing the island’s flavors with Topper’s premium blends. A refreshing Guavaberry Colada, St. Maarten’s national drink, completes the experience.
The tour continues back inside the distillery, where you’ll discover 12 specialty small-batch rhums available exclusively from the unique Rhum Tap. These are true treasures you won’t find anywhere else in the world.
Finally, explore the boutique, where you can shop for your favorite flavors, rhum cakes, and one-of-a-kind island gifts to take home.
