This experience highlights Pacific House Gin, crafted by Gold Bar Distillery and known for its bright botanicals, fresh citrus, and smooth, approachable character. Guided by expert mixologists, guests create three vibrant gin cocktails while learning how botanicals shape flavor and balance.
Even guests who don’t usually reach for gin are often surprised by how refreshing and enjoyable these cocktails can be. The class moves at an easy, feel-good pace that encourages conversation throughout.
Hosted inside a stunning 1930s Art Deco distillery on Treasure Island, guests enjoy sweeping Bay views. Getting here is easy, including a scenic six-minute ferry ride from the San Francisco Ferry Building.
Pacific House Gin is the Official Gin of Bay FC.

Please enter the front doors of the former Pan Am Airport. The Distillery will be to your right when you enter and you can check in at the bar.
