Meeting and pickup
We offer flexible pickup from most hotels, Airbnbs, or the Anchorage airport. If you're staying outside central Anchorage, please contact us before booking to confirm availability. (This is a Chrysler Pacific, seats 6, I have this setup for 5 because it's more comfortable. Also please note that I can only take a reasonable amount of bags, it is a minivan with pretty a pretty decent amount of space, but luggage storage available is limited. Once you book, I will confirm with you how many bags you have so we can make sure we can accommodate your party and your luggage :)
Drop-off is at the Seward Harbormaster’s Office (1300 4th Ave), located in the small boat harbor. A free cruise shuttle runs every ~15 minutes from here to the terminal when ships are in port. This is the main transfer point used by many local operators.
What to expect
Reserve your preferred date and time through Viator. You'll receive confirmation with full details and contact info if you need to reach us.
2. Meet Your Guide
On the day of your transfer, your driver-guide will arrive on time in a clean, comfortable vehicle (typically a 6-passenger minivan). You’ll be greeted with a smile, offered help with luggage, and given a quick rundown of the route.
3. Scenic Drive with Narration
Enjoy one of Alaska’s most spectacular drives along Turnagain Arm.
4. Arrival in Seward
You’ll be dropped at the Seward Harbormaster’s Office (1300 4th Ave), the town’s main transfer hub. A free cruise shuttle runs from here to the terminal about every 15 minutes when ships are in port.
5. End of Service
Your guide will assist with luggage and answer any final questions. From there, you're free to explore Seward or continue smoothly to your cruise check-in.
