The cooking class would include 3 main dishes (1 chicken & 2 vegetarian) and 2 Flat Breads.

This experience combines hands on learning Indian cuisine followed by indulging the tummy and heart with the delicacies cooked.

Our Experiences are recommended for anyone with an interest in the Culinary technique of Indian food & who wants to gain a richer awareness of Indian life & culture. And, of course, to anyone who enjoys excellent food!

All Experiences are hands-on participation! Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements/preferences.

Please do note that I am in 'Hauz Khas Enclave' and NOT ‘Hauz Khas Village (they are on opposite sides of each other) I would advise you to take ‘Uber’. Enter ’Saffron Palate’ on google maps to reach easily. The metro/subway is a 5 min walk away (Hauz Khas station, Gate no. 3).

What to expect

A Feast for the senses, my experiences are dedicated towards providing the Global Traveler an Authentic Indian Home & Kitchen Experience - Providing a window into the culinary & cultural heritage of India.

From rich flavourful curries like BUTTER CHICKEN to BIRYANI RICE and a wide variety of NAAN BREADS, you’ll learn about time honoured cooking techniques and the subtle nuances that can make all the difference.

Things to note :
- The class & menu includes 3 MAIN DISHES & 2 BREADS.
- Menu can be customised to vegan/vegetarian/gluten free.
- Recipes would be provided.
- Please let us know if any menu preference/dietary constraints.
- Private sessions can be booked too
