This is your Custom Mini Aurora activity that is catered to your needs surrounding your Arrival into Fairbanks or departure out of Fairbanks, Alaska.
This is a quick Aurora Chase to the closest possible good viewing spot for you to see the lights.

What's Included

Transportation from Fairbanks Airport or Fairbanks Train Stations within 25 miles

Aurora Discussion always included, learn the science behind this enchanting phenomenon.
Photography Portraits with the Aurora - 5 edited photos are included with the tour if possible
This activity includes a Mini Aurora Chase, under 25 miles total
Help with Photography (cell phone or camera) included in every activity.

If you are over 10 miles away from the center of Fairbanks, there will be a small fuel surcharge added to your reservation total. We will pick up from anywhere within a 50 mile radius of Fairbanks, with a fuel fee.

What to expect

This is a chase via vehicle to look for the Aurora. Vehicle holds 6 people, low to the ground, and easy to enter exit. This activity can NOT accommodate wheelchairs unless special arrangements are made for a private activity. Please advise us with any mobility issues, the ground can be icy. Please note that there is no guarantee of indoor plumbing for bathroom breaks being available. This activity operates regardless of temperature, please dress accordingly.

  • Regarding restroom facilities, There are restrooms at the Airport and Train Station, and one gas station in town that is open 24/7.

  • We do our best to track the live data constantly being reported by NOAA and NASA.
