What to expect

Before joining our tour, we provide a short training program on canoeing at the gathering point. During this program, participants receive instructions on paddling techniques and safety. Afterwards, we start paddling towards the ancient Sunken City, one of the most magnificent spots in Kekova. Following this, we visit Tersane Bay, which is the continuation of the Sunken City and the only swimmable area. Here, you can see the remains of a Byzantine church on the beach and swim among these historical relics.

After exploring further parts of the Sunken City and departing from Tersane Bay, we head towards Kaleköy. Here, you have the opportunity to closely observe Simena Castle and Lycian sarcophagi. You can paddle among the sarcophagi and take in the breathtaking views of Kekova with a walk towards Simena Castle during our approximately 45-minute break in Kalekoy.

In the afternoon, we will continue towards Theimussa, where the Lycian sarcophagi continue, and then return to our starting point for kayaking. We will conclude our tour with a delightful lunch in Ucagiz.
