The Fontana dell’Acqua Paola, or Il Fontanone, is a gorgeous Baroque fountain on Gianicolo Hill, with its impressive design and flowing water making it an awesome spot for photos.
Drive along the river
The Orange Garden (Giardino degli Aranci) in Rome is a peaceful spot high up on Aventine Hill, offering a relaxing vibe and amazing views of the city. It’s a perfect place to snap some great pictures, especially with the beautiful orange trees and the stunning backdrop of Rome.
We’ll stop at Santa Sabina, where you can see one of the FIRST depictions of Jesus on the cross, carved into an ancient wooden door. It’s a pretty cool spot with some history and a peaceful vibe, perfect for taking in the sights and snapping a few photos.
We’ll stop at Circo Massimo, the ancient Roman chariot racing stadium, where you can take in the impressive size of the area and imagine the thrilling races that once took place. It’s a great spot to walk around, relax, and snap a few photos of this historic landmark.
The pyramid in Rome is called the Pyramid of Cestius. It was built around 18-12 BCE as a tomb for the Roman magistrate Gaius Cestius and is one of the best-preserved ancient monuments in the city.
