On the day of the service, our operations team monitors all incoming flights at Punta Cana International Airport. This allows us to adjust pickup times in case of flight delays or early arrivals, ensuring your driver is ready when you land.
Once travelers collect their luggage and exit the arrivals terminal, they will meet their professional driver holding a personalized sign with the lead traveler’s name. The meet & greet service makes the pickup process quick, easy, and stress-free.
The driver will assist with luggage and escort travelers to a comfortable private air-conditioned minivan. The service is completely private, meaning there are no shared rides or unnecessary stops along the way.
Travelers can then relax and enjoy a safe and comfortable transfer to their hotel, resort, Airbnb, or villa located in Bávaro, Punta Cana, or Uvero Alto. Our professional drivers are experienced, reliable, and committed to providing excellent service throughout the journey.
At the end of the transfer, travelers will be dropped off directly at the entrance of their accommodation. Customer support remains available via WhatsApp before and during the service for any assistance or travel updates.
