After booking confirmation on viator we will contact you via WhatsApp or email, after that you'll receive detailed instructions. Departure time is set for 5:00 AM from your hotel's or Home. Punctuality is crucial as any delays may result in a cancellation of your trip to San Blas. Our vehicle, a 4x4 accommodating up to 6 passengers along with the driver, will pick you up between 5:15 AM and 6:00 AM, depending on the route. Please ensure you're ready by 5:00 AM to prevent delays for other guests. A no-show or significant delays will result in a penalty equivalent to the reservation fee. The day tour concludes at 3:30 PM, with return to Panama City expected between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM. We advise bringing personal hygiene items, towels, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent. You're welcome to pack a cooler with your preferred drinks, snacks, or beverages.
