With 16 years F&B experience and his love for history & culture, the host puts all the puzzles together to show you a picture of different characters of people in 3 main regions of Vietnam (South/Central/North). All the ingredients used will be explained clearly, they all reflex the connections of regional history, situations and preferences. After this session, the eager-to-explore travelers will not only know how to make and adjust the delicious trendy coffee drinks to fit your tastes / moods, but also explore the country's diverse culture that stretches 1,650km in length. In short, It gives you the thoughtful look of Vietnam's 3 regions through the tasty coffees which represent them.

The building is right at the corner of Ngo Duc Ke street with Dong Khoi. I will wait there from 5 mins before the start time.

What to expect

During the 1.5 hours long sessions, you'll get to know:
The brief history of Vietnam coffee culture.
Practice making pure PHIN coffee the right methods, I'll make a wrong sample at the same time so you can compare the different tastes.
Make the very famous Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, together with its stories and ingredients combination explained. How it reflexes Saigon/South Vietnam people.
Make the modern trendy Salted cream coffee from Central Vietnam, tricks and ingredients explained.
Make the extraordinary Egg coffee of Hanoi, and how the characteristics of the capital shown through the coffee.
All in all, a diverse culture of Vietnamese coffee explained by the coffee they drink.
