Meeting and pickup
Please, make sure to fill-out the required information regarding to your Arrivals including your Pickup Transfer at SJO Intl. Airport Juan Santamaría and Destination location in Jacó. Information such as flight number, date, time and hotel name are the minimum required to operate your airport shuttle services and avoid delays or cancelations. If a booster seats or baby car seats for children are needed but you didn't request it prior to your trip, we may be forced to delay or cancel the trip due to Costa Rican laws requiring the use of it. (Conditioned to availability) It's important to highlight that our services are not On-Demand or immediate response service type. Our airport transportation services type require preparation for the driver and the vehicle to guarantee the proper service needs for you and your party. Our van is 12 passengers capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private shuttle service trip at no cost for you. Once your International flight landed the next step is Immigration and Baggage Claim and Custom Control that could it takes 25 minutes or more than 1 hour by passing through the outside passenger exit doors hall area. We offer sanitizers to comply with health government regulations requirements. Cancellations are free with full refund if made 24 hours before your trip or reschedule it.
What to expect

Additionally, our multilingual English/Portuguese/Spanish drivers will point you out about the attractions on the road to take a picture, talk about the area, guide and immerse you about Costa Rica nature and culture to make a memorable trip with us.
For this long distance trip, we will offer you a 15 mins stop at the Crocodile Bridge in Tárcoles's River there, you can stretch your legs, go to the restroom and capture some scenes from one of the most visited wildlife area at no cost for you. Unfortunately, food or snacks are not included in this trip however, you can buy it at your own expenses in the restaurants nearby. (Stops are subject to conditions like weather or business hours)
We will continue the trip talking about Costa Rica attractions or any other topic of your interest until arrive to your destination in Jacó area once there, our driver will help you with the luggage and any communication needed between you and your hotel or rented property to make sure your accommodation is fine.
