Our multilingual speaker drivers will point you out about the attractions along the road to immerse you about the nature and culture of our beautiful Costa Rica.
Courteous and experienced drivers are a must for us.
We do operate in a secure manner under the Costa Rican laws as a Tourism Operator license permissions and count with a vehicle and passengers insurance coverage for your safety.
Finally, cancellations are free with full refund if made 24 hours before your trip or reschedule it.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please, make sure to fill-out the required information regarding to your Arrivals including your Pickup Transfer at SJO Intl. Airport Juan Santamaría and Destination location in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca/Cahuita hotels. Information such as flight number, date, time and hotel name are the minimum required to operate your airport shuttle services and avoid delays or cancelations. The day trip we will monitor your flight number through regular APPs in order to be on time with your pickup. Besides of Viator Chat, our preferred communication tools with you will be WhatsApp Chat/Calls, regular Phone calls or Waze/Google Maps. If you are traveling with children under 12 years old or less than 1.45cms height/36KG, He/She will require the use of baby car seats or boosters, please, request it in advance before the traveling day at no cost for you. If a booster seats or baby car seats for children are needed but you didn't request it prior to your trip, we may be forced to delay or cancel the trip due to Costa Rican laws requiring the use of it. (Conditioned to availability) It's important to highlight that our services are not On-Demand or immediate response service type .Our airport transportation services type require preparation for the driver and the vehicle to guarantee the proper service needs for you and your party. Our van is 12 passengers capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private shuttle service trip at no cost for you. International flight arrivals once landed and after Immigration and Baggage Claim done usually takes 25 minutes up to 1 hour or even more time to pass by the passenger exit doors area. We offer sanitizers to comply with health government regulations requirements. Finally, cancellations are free with full refund if made 24 hours before your trip or reschedule it.
What to expect
Once your reservation is done, we will be in touch with you via Viator Chat to make sure all the arrangements needed are ready for your trip to Puerto Viejo de Talamanca or Cahuita Hotels in Costa Rica.
We will send you a traveler information 24-48 hours before the flight time or trip for a smooth transition from the SJO Intl. Airport Juan Santamaría shuttle to your pickup location, we will also share our WhatsApp number to be in contact with the driver directly.
Our driver or representative will be holding a sign with your name to find you out easily.
Our meet and greet will be at the airport facilities, in front of Malinche Restaurant located next to the passenger arrival exit.
Once met, it is time to start our airport transfer trip to your destination at the Caribbean South Side of Cost Rica traveling in our spacious and comfortable branded new Van with AC, reclinable seats, USB Port chargers and big windows to enjoy the sightseen.
So, in order to make you feel like "At Home", we will offer you a courtesy drink such as Bottled Water or local fruits juice.
Our multilingual English/Portuguese/Spanish drivers will point you out about the attractions on the road to take a picture, talk about the area, guide and immerse you about Costa Rica nature and culture to make a memorable trip with us.
For this long distance trip, we will ask you if needed to do some stretching, go to the restroom, etc. We can make a 15 minutes stop at no cost for you in restaurants, convenience store or gas stations along the road, food or snacks are not included in this trip offer however, you can buy it at your own expenses at the place we stop. (Stops are subject to conditions like weather or business hours)
We will continue the trip talking about Costa Rica attractions or topics of your interest until arrive to your destination in Puerto Viejo of Talamanca or Cahuita area, once there, our driver will help you with the luggage and any communication needed between you and your hotel or rented property to make sure your accommodation is fine.
