What's Included
Meeting and pickup
● We will be holding a welcome sign with your name at your pickup.
● For Meet and Greet pickups in hotels, owned or rented properties, We will ask for you directly at the lobby, reception or stay at the front of the building.
● Feel Free to ask us to share our driving with Waze or Google Maps Apps.
● Our van is 12 passengers’ capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private service trip at no cost for you.
What to expect
Once your reservation is done, we will be in touch with you via Viator Chat to make sure all the arrangements needed are ready for your day trip in Costa Rica.
We will send you a traveler information 24-48 hours before the trip for a smooth transition from your accommodation to your Destination in Jacó or Los Sueños Marriot Hotels We will also share our Driver's WhatsApp Phone number to be in contact directly.
Your meet and Greet will be at your Hotel, Rented or Owned property.
We will be in your pickup location 10 minutes before your trip start time.
Your driver or representative will be holding a sign with your name to meet you up easily.
Once met and ready to go, a courtesy drink like: bottled water, juice will be offered as part of our welcoming trip!
Our Van comes with AC, Internet WiFi, USB Port chargers & Bluetooth plus comfortable reclinable seats to make your trip more enjoyable.
During the trip, our driver or assistant will offer you a report of the traffic in the area, estimated time and routes to be aware of what's going on your way.
We offer our multilingual English/Portuguese/Spanish drivers will point you out about the attractions along the road to take a picture, talk about the area, guide and immerse you about Costa Rica nature and culture to make a memorable trip with us.
For this long distance trip, if you need to stop for the restrooms, Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner or simply buy something to drink or eat, stretch your legs, take a picture for a memorable moment, we can make at least two stops of half an hour each along the road. (One hour in total)
The stops are subject to conditions like weather or business hours of the places in mention..
We can stop in any of these places based on your preferences and time, for restrooms, buy food, souvenirs or snacks, enjoy the mountain views, visit the Butterflies Farm, Farms and Crocodile bridge:
1. Restaurant Mi Rancho, San Ramón
2. Restaurant El Jardín in San Ramón or Orotina.
3. Croc's Sky Walk, Tárcoles.
We will continue the trip talking about Costa Rica attractions or topics of your interest until arrive to your destination, once there, our driver will help you with the luggage and any communication needed between you and your destination place.
Finally, we will thank for traveling with us and invite you to share your experience through a feedback/review in order to evaluate and improve our services.
