For your safety and expedite your arrival, please, read below the following instructions:
We will be holding a welcome sign with your name at your arrival.
For Airport pickups, our Meet and Greet place will be at the front of the Airport Arrival Passengers Outside Exit Doors Hall, next to the big sculpture in the same secure Airport facilities area.
For Meet and Greet pickups in hotels, owned or rented properties, We will ask for you directly at the lobby, reception or stay at the front of the building.
We will monitor your flight through regular APPs to be on time with your pickup by following the time set in your request and making changes if are needed and approved only. Example: Early or Delayed flights.
Feel Free to ask us our driving with Waze or Google Maps Apps.
The airport has Free WiFi Availability.
Ask to Airport Personnel ONLY about WiFi Free Connection.
Our van is 12 passengers’ capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private service trip at no cost for you.

What to expect
Once your reservation is done, we will be in touch with you via Viator Chat to make sure all the arrangements needed are ready for your day trip in Costa Rica.
We will send you a traveler information 24-48 hours before the trip for a smooth transition from Manuel Antonio Hotel accommodations to your Destination in La Fortuna Arenal Volcano Hotels.
We will also share our Driver's WhatsApp Phone number to be in contact directly.
Your meet and Greet will be at your Hotel, Rented or Owned property.
We will be in your pickup location 10 minutes before your trip start time.Your driver or representative will be holding a sign with your name to meet you up easily. Once met and ready to go, courtesy drinks like: bottled water, juices will be offered as part of our welcoming trip!
Our Van comes with AC, Internet WiFi, USB Port chargers & Bluetooth plus comfortable reclinate seats to make your trip more enjoyable.
During the trip, our driver or assistant will offer you a report of the traffic in the area, estimated time and routes to be aware of what's going on your way.
Our multilingual English/Portuguese/Spanish drivers to point you out about the attractions along the road to take a picture, talk about the area, guide and immerse you about Costa Rica nature and culture to make a memorable trip with us.
For this long distance trip, we can make at least two stops of half an hour each along the road. (One hour in total) The stops are subject to conditions like weather or business hours of the places. The stops can be requested for restrooms, Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner or simply buy something to drink or eat, stretch your legs, take a picture for a memorable moment.
We have selected the places to stop based on your convenience and trip time along the way. The suggested places are:
1. Croc's Sky Walk or Crocodile bridge in Tárcoles. (Crocodile bridge attractions, Local Food Court and Souvenirs Store)
2. Restaurant El Jardín in San Ramón or Orotina.(Butterfly Farm attraction, Local Food Court and Souvenirs Store)
3. San Ramón museum, Park and Church.
4. Restaurant Mi Rancho viewpoint, San Ramón.
We will continue the trip talking about Costa Rica attractions or topics of your interest until arrive to your destination, once there, our driver will help you with the luggage and any communication needed between you and your destination place.
Finally, we will thank for traveling with us and invite you to share your experience through a feedback/review in order to evaluate and improve our services.
