What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please, make sure to fill-out the required information regarding to your Departure including your Pickup in Jacó area and final Destination location in SJO Airport area. Information such as flight number, date, time, hotel name are the minimum required to operate your transportation services and avoid delays or cancelations. The day trip, we will monitor your flight number through regular APPs in order to be on time with your pickup. Besides of Viator Chat, our preferred communication tools with you will be WhatsApp Chat/Calls, regular Phone calls or Waze/Google Maps. Our driver or representative will be holding a sign with your name to find you out easily and will be looking for you at the pickup point in lobby, reception or parking lot of your Hotel/Rented property, If you are traveling with children under 12 years old or less than 1.45cms height/36KG, He/She will require the use of baby car seats or boosters, please, request it in advance before the traveling day at no cost for you. If a booster seat or baby car seat for children is needed but you didn't request it prior to your trip, we may be forced to delay or cancel the trip due to Costa Rican laws requiring the use of it. (Conditioned to availability) It's important to highlight that our services are not On-Demand or immediate response service type .Our transportation services type require preparation for the driver and the vehicle to guarantee the proper service needs for you and your party. Our van is 12 passengers capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private service trip at no cost for you. International flight departures require to be in the airport at least 3 hours before the flight time for check-in registration please, estimate that time, plus the time of this trip to be on time and avoid delays. We offer sanitizers to comply with health government regulations requirements. Finally, cancellations are free with full refund if made 24 hours before your trip or reschedule it.
What to expect
Once a reservation is done, we will be in touch with you via Viator Chat to make sure all the arrangements needed are done for your trip from Jacó to SJO Airport area.
We will send you a traveler information 24-48 hours before your Pickup time in Jacó area, we will also share our WhatsApp number to be in contact with the driver directly.
Our meet and Greet will be at your Jacó Hotel, Rented or Owned property (Lobby/Reception/Parking lot) 15 minutes before your trip start time..

Once met, it will be time to start the trip to your destination at the SJO Airport or Hotels nearby in our spacious and comfortable branded new Van with AC, reclinable seats, USB Port chargers and big windows to enjoy the ride.
So, in order to make you feel like "At Home", we will offer you a courtesy drink such as Bottled Water or fruit Juices.
During the trip, our driver or assistant will offer you a report of the traffic in the area, estimated time and routes to be aware of what's going on your way and will point you out about the attractions on the road to take a picture, talk about the area, guide and immerse you about Costa Rica nature and culture to make a memorable trip with us.
For long distance trips, we will offer you a 15 mins stop in a convenience store or the Cocodrile Bridge at Tárcoles's River for stretching or go to the restroom at no cost for you. Additionally, in this stop, you can buy food or snacks not included in this trip (Stops subject to conditions like flight departure time, highway traffic, weather or business hours)
We will continue the trip talking about Costa Rica attractions or topics of your interest until arrive to your destination in the SJO airport or Hotels nearby, once there, our driver will help you with the luggage and drop you off the nearest possible from the main entrance of your destination.
Finally, we will thank for traveling with us and invite you to share your experience through a feedback/review in order to evaluate and improve our services.
