What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please, make sure to fill-out the required information regarding to your Departure including your Pickup information in Caldera Port Cruises, Fiesta Resort Hotel or Puntarenas town and Destination in SJO Airport area. Additionally, flight/ship number, date, time, hotel name are the minimum required to operate your transportation services and avoid delays or cancelations. The day trip, we will monitor your flight/Ship number through regular APPs in order to be on time with your pickup. Besides of Viator Chat, our preferred communication tools with you will be WhatsApp Chat/Calls, regular Phone calls or Waze/Google Maps. Our Driver or Representative will wait for you holding a sign with your name to find you out easily at your Caldera Port arrival, Puntarenas Port Terminal or Fiesta Resort Hotel Pickup . We will send you a traveler information 24-48 hours before the departure time trip for a smooth transition from your pickup point to the SJO Airport. If you are traveling with children under 12 years old or less than 1.45cms height/36KG, He/She will require the use of baby car seats or boosters, please, request it in advance before the traveling day at no cost for you. If a booster seat or baby car seat for children is needed but you didn't request it prior to your trip, we may be forced to delay or cancel the trip due to Costa Rican laws requiring the use of it. (Conditioned to availability) It's important to highlight that our services are not On-Demand or immediate response service type .Our transportation services type require preparation for the driver and the vehicle to guarantee the proper service needs for you and your party. Our van is 12 passengers capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private service trip at no cost for you. We offer sanitizers to comply with health government regulations requirements. International flights departing always require to be at the Airport at least 3 hours before the flight departure time for check-in registration please, estimate your flight departure time plus the time of this trip to meet this requirement on time. Finally, cancellations are free with full refund if made 24 hours before your trip or reschedule it.
What to expect
This service is FROM Caldera Port Cruises Terminal or Fiesta Hotel or Puntarenas Town Ferry's Terminals TO SJO Airport or SJO Airport Hotels nearby area in a ratio of 8 miles or 20 kms distance.
Once your reservation is done, we will be in touch with you via Viator Chat to make sure all the arrangements needed are ready for your trip in Costa Rica.
We will send you a traveler information 24-48 hours before the departure time trip for a smooth transition from your pickup point in to the SJO Airport, we will also share our WhatsApp number to be in contact with the driver directly.
Besides of Viator Chat, we can communicate with you through WhatsApp Chat/Calls, regular Phone calls and Waze/Google Maps.
Our driver or representative will be holding a sign with your name.
We will be at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before your departure time.
Our meet and greet will be in Caldera Port Cruises Terminal, Puntarenas Terminal or Fiesta Resort Hotel Lobby, Reception or Parking lot area.
Once met and ready to go, it will be time to start the trip to your destination in our spacious and comfortable branded new Van with AC, reclinable seats, USB Port chargers and big windows to enjoy the ride.
A courtesy drink like: bottled water or fruit juices will be part of our Pura Vida welcome to Costa Rica!
During the trip, our driver or assistant will offer you a report of the traffic in the area, estimated time and routes to be aware of what's going on your way.
Our multilingual English/Portuguese/Spanish drivers will point you out about the attractions on the road to take a picture, talk about the area, guide and immerse you about Costa Rica nature and culture to make a memorable trip with us.
We will continue the trip talking about Costa Rica attractions or your topics of interest until arrive to your destination in SJO Airport or hotels nearby, once there, our driver will help you with the luggage and drop you off the nearest possible of the airport airline entrance or your accommodation and will ask you, if everything is ok.
