• Ha Giang Pick-up / Drop-off: Door-to-door service is provided for all locations within Ha Giang City center, including local bus stations and motorcycle rental shops.
• Luggage Policy: Each passenger is allowed 1 standard luggage (up to 20kg) and 1 small personal item. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized bags or bicycle boxes.
• Contact: Please provide an active WhatsApp or phone number so our team can coordinate exact pickup timing with you 1 day before departure.
