There is a free municipal city parking lot at 112 W. Flaget St., Bardstown, KY 40004, across from Scout & Scholar Brewery. There is also free street parking on 3rd Street.

The Taste of Bardstown Tour is about one mile long and lasts about three hours.

Must be 21+ to participate.

    The only brewery in the city of Bardstown. Named in honor, after William and David Bard. The land known as Bardstown today was granted to David Bard by the governor of Virginia. Originally named Salem, Settlement began in the 1770s. In 1780 William Bard, David's brother, laid out Bardstown on the site. It became the county seat when Nelson county, Virginia was formed in 1784. Here you will trying Kentucky beer cheese, with pretzels and on top of loaded nachos; paired with Scouts top selling beer Ol’ Buddy.

    Built in 1779 and located at the crossroads of the young west. The Tavern has Offered hospitality to anyone who finds their stoop. Such as Jessie James and King Louie Phillippe! Here you will be trying a southern delicacy, fried green tomatoes. Paired with 1792 single barrel whiskey, hand selected by the Tavern!

    Mr. Tubs, once a bustling laundry mat, has transformed into a vibrant and eclectic bar! Retaining its original name as a nod to its humble beginnings. Here you will be trying a local favorite, Gethsemane fruit cake paired with Monk’s Road whetted whiskey!
