What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We pick up from any hotel on Koh Samui. Diego or the driver will message you on WhatsApp the evening before to confirm your pickup time and location. Pickup is typically around 9:00 AM but varies depending on where you are staying on the island.
What to expect
Your day: guided movement warmup, grounding meditation, a 60 minute breathwork session, lunch, honest connection exercises, ice bath (2 to 5 degrees), a silent mouth taped hike to a waterfall, and activities at the waterfall that people talk about for months.
