What to expect

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by warm Albanian hospitality with meze & rakia. Our chef will introduce you to the culinary journey ahead, sharing stories of local traditions and the importance of fresh ingredients.

Raki tasting
A variety of seasonal appetizers and meze
Village chicken with pershesh
Burek with cottage cheese
Sheqerpare (traditional dessert)

Guided by the chef, you’ll roll up your sleeves and start cooking step by step. You’ll learn traditional techniques, from rolling dough for burek to properly seasoning chicken for pershesh. Throughout the class, you can sip on unlimited homemade wine and take part in a raki tasting to fully experience the local flavors.

Once the cooking is done, you’ll gather around a communal table to savor the feast you’ve created. By the end of the class, you’ll have not only learned how to cook beloved Albanian dishes but also immersed yourself in the warmth of local hospitality and culinary traditions.
