At the Pizza School, the chef will accompany you, step by step, in the magic of the perfect dough, in the choice of the most genuine ingredients and in baking in the traditional Italian oven.
In a relaxed and fun atmosphere, you will really get your hands on the dough, discover curiosities and secrets of the Italian gastronomic tradition and, at the end, you can enjoy your freshly baked pizza, served with a good glass of wine or a cold drink. A DA experience... and savor DA!

What to expect

All guests will be welcomed and accompanied in a pleasant tour of the garden, where they can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and discover the most characteristic corners of the estate. At the end of the walk, the group will be led to the kitchen, the beating heart of the experience, where the demonstration on the preparation of fresh mozzarella will begin. After witnessing this fascinating craft process, guests will try their hand at making pizza dough, guided step by step by the chef.
