Our driver/guide will meet you at the reception of your hotel in Arusha or outside the arrivals hall at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) holding a sign with your name.
We will meet you at your hotel at 7:30am and introduce you to your guide and chef for the tour. You will also get a chance to meet the other guests on tour. From here, we embark on a 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. The park is famous for its diverse landscapes, an abundance of ancient baobab trees, and many elephants. In addition, you will get to observe the interaction between members of an elephant family. We will do a game drive to places inside the park, depending on where there are reported sightings of lions, cheetahs, and leopards. In addition, abundant herbivores are residents of the park. The herbivores include giraffes, wildebeest, and zebras, to name but a few. Later, we will stop at a picnic site at the Tarangire River, where we will have lunch and enjoy the beautiful river view and animals roaming around. You will see small monkeys and baboons in the area that will try to snatch your lunch, but do not worry, they are harmless.
After breakfast, we shall start your beautiful journey to Lake Eyasi, A cultural tour where we shall visit the Bushmen living around Lake Eyasi while enjoying your lunch over there with beautiful scenery of the Lake. Lake Eyasi is a soda lake surrounded by volcanic mountains. The Hadzabe, Bushmen who still hunt for food, live around Lake Eyasi. Meet the heirs of the very first people, who still have a symbiotic relationship with their environment. The purest example of an anarchist society with no rules. We shall take pictures with them and later we shall transfer you back to your Lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, we will descend the crater at 6:15am. Today's game drive aims to find black rhinos. Unfortunately, black rhinos are more difficult to spot than most animals on the crater floor. Then proceed to Serengeti National Park with a game drive en route. Overnight at Serengeti Kati kati Tented Camp in Serengeti.
On this day you will continue with an early morning game drive, with an option to go out the whole day or break up game drives to get time to relax. In the event of a full day game will use this day to go far out to secluded areas & enjoy the wilderness then return to the lodge in the evening.
Your last day will begin with an early-morning breakfast before you depart with a packed lunch for some early game drives. You will enjoy game drive on the way to Seronera Airstrip for a flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, transfer to your Jambiani Villas beachfront hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
