2The Joy Spence Appleton Estate Rum Experience
The Appleton Estate Rum Tour is a popular tourist attraction in Jamaica. It is located in the picturesque Nassau Valley on Jamaica’s South Coast. The tour takes you on a journey through time to learn about the history of rum and to give you an inside look at how the finest rum in the world is made. You will take in the beauty, character, and color of their estate’s grounds which offer plenty of unique photo opportunities. The tour moves outside to the beautifully landscaped grounds where they take a multi-sensory journey from cane to cocktail and discover how they have crafted the Appleton Estate Rums since 1749, including visits to the distillery and aging house and a guided tasting of three Appleton Estate Rums. NOTE: Appleton is closed on Sunday & Monday

3YS Falls
Ys Falls is located off the beaten path amidst the lush and rugged greenery of the island’s south coast. YS Falls is a seven-tiered waterfall that cascades into natural pools for swimming. Try the exhilarating canopy zipline tour, soaring 40 feet above the falls. Unwind in the Natural Spring Pool, with crystal-clear waters and a comforting 4ft depth. The Pelican Bar is built on dunes about a 20-minute boat ride from the mainland. It is made of driftwood and offers a memorable experience with stunning views and great food. You can swim or snorkel in the shallow waters, and play a round or two of dominoes. Top it off with a cold Red Stripe Beer It is known as “the coolest bar in the Caribbean”. This is something to add to your bucket list!
