    You will have some free time in Kilkenny to catch a bit of lunch in one of the many pubs and restaurants, sample a pint of the black stuff or sit and relax with a glass of wine. Or take a tour Kilkenny Castle, built in 1260 to control a fording-point of the River Nore and the junction of several routeways.
