Our journey commences with a visit to the impressive Enguri water dam, a marvel of engineering nestled amidst picturesque landscapes. It is the world's second highest concrete arch dam with a height of 271.5 metres (891 ft).

From there, we set our course for Mestia, the jewel of the Svaneti region.
