What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Guests can book a pickup from anywhere in the City Centre, Central London, South West London, or any of London’s five major airports. Please note that pickups from Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, and London City airports may incur a small additional charge. For airport pickups, we require the flight number and full pickup address, whether it’s a residential property or hotel. For cruise pickups, the cruise name is also required. Once your booking is placed, we’ll contact you within 0-6 hours to confirm the booking.
What to expect
Pickup from Cruise: The driver will meet you at the terminal’s designated pickup point with a name board. Please provide the correct cruise name.
Pickup from Hotel or Residential Property: The driver will meet you at the hotel reception or in front of your residential property.
We will provide your driver and vehicle details at least 12 hours before your journey, and we’ll contact you promptly once your booking is placed.
If you face any issues — such as a missed flight — please contact us immediately. We may be able to reschedule without any additional cost. For long delays at immigration or other unexpected situations, please notify us as soon as possible. For airport pickups, you must contact us within 60 minutes of your flight landing. For hotel or residential pickups, please contact us within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time.
Our drivers always aim to arrive on time or earlier than the scheduled pickup time.
