What to expect

After booking your transfer with us, you will receive a confirmation email. At least one day before your journey, we will also send you a message with all the essential details—this includes your meeting point, driver’s name, contact number, and vehicle information.

Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number with access to messaging apps such as iMessage, WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, or KakaoTalk, so we can stay in touch with you easily.

On the day of your arrival, your driver will monitor your ship’s arrival schedule and adjust the pickup time accordingly. They will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name and assist you with your luggage before transporting you safely to your hotel.
