If you need an earlier pickup, please contact the driver directly or reach us via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Driver details will be provided at least 12 hours prior to your arrival.
Residence or Hotel Pickup:
The driver will wait outside your residence or hotel. If parking is not available, they will wait at the nearest legal and accessible location. A 15-minute free waiting time applies from your scheduled pickup time.
