Meeting and pickup
When booking a cruise transfer, please ensure the ship name, pickup time, and full pickup and drop-off addresses are provided. If the pickup is from London Gatwick Airport, please also include your flight number. Additionally, include a WhatsApp contact number in the booking notes, if available.
Airport pickup includes 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual flight arrival. However, we recommend setting your pickup time for 60 minutes after landing, and you’ll receive an additional 35 minutes of free waiting time from us.
What to expect
Once you book a private transfer with us, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your booking is secured, so there is no need to worry. We are a fully licensed Transport for London (TfL) taxi and transfer company.
Driver and vehicle details are usually provided one day before your journey. We kindly ask you to share a WhatsApp-enabled phone number so we can contact you easily if required.
Before your transfer, we will reconfirm the number of passengers and luggage to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we aim to prevent any issues upon arrival.
Upon arrival at the cruise port or London Gatwick Airport, the driver will meet you in the arrivals hall or designated meeting point, holding a name board. As the driver and vehicle details will be shared in advance, locating your chauffeur will be easy and hassle-free.
The driver will then drop you off at your desired destination, whether it is a hotel, Cruise Port, or airport.
