Meeting and pickup
Activity start time at Ouzoud Waterfalls is separate from your individual hotel pickup time. Your assigned pickup time depends on your hotel, travel date, daylight, and the collection route. We will send your assigned pickup time, exact meeting point, Google Maps location link, guide and vehicle details about 24 hours before departure. Guests staying in riads inside the Medina are not picked up directly at the riad because our large bus cannot access the narrow streets. We will provide the nearest accessible meeting point to your riad. Please be ready 10 minutes before your assigned pickup time, keep your phone available, and monitor Viator Messages and WhatsApp. Return to Marrakech is typically between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. The route includes more than 300 steps and uneven terrain; bring sturdy walking shoes, water, sun protection, and a camera.
Medina riad guests: the bus cannot enter narrow streets. We will confirm the nearest accessible meeting point for each booking via WhatsApp or Viator Messages (for example, Hotel Tazi, Bab Agnaou, College Mohammed V, Hotel Islane, Bab Yacout, Bab Aylan or Lycée Mohammed V). Arrive 10 minutes early.

2Cascades d'Ouzoud
Meet the local waterfall guide and walk to viewpoints and the waterfall base on paths with more than 300 steps, slopes and uneven rocks. The local guide and boat ride are included with no additional guide or boat fee. There is time for lunch at your own expense. Wear sturdy shoes and bring water and sun protection. Swimming is not a promised or guaranteed activity. Wildlife sightings, boat access and activity order depend on local conditions; follow the guide’s safety instructions.

Return to Marrakech after the waterfall visit. Arrival is usually around 6:00–7:00 PM, depending on traffic and stops. Return is to the agreed vehicle-accessible drop-off point; narrow Medina riad streets cannot be reached by the vehicle.
