What to expect

Tour our Farm and learn to cook Costa Rican food made from local organic ingredients right from the farm where your class will take place! Help collect produce from our fields. This fun interactive cooking class where you will be in a small group and able to help cook and experience nature at the same time. This cooking class really gives you the True “farm to table” experience. Your kitchen will be in nature with the Volcano as a natural backdrop! Cook a typical Costa Rican dish and take home the recipe! Chicken & Rice, Salad, Guacamole, Empanadas & More. Learn all about the famous Condiment of Costa Rica, Lizano Sauce!
