Enjoy an hour long Yoga class in your outdoor magical setting overlooking the ponds and in front of the famous Arenal Volcano. Practice yoga with the presence of the gentle loving goats. The idea is that the presence of animals can help improve your mental health, as animals, especially goats are said to offer a calming presence and ease the feeling of anxiety. Let the baby goats and momma goats help you become one with nature. Before or after you are welcome to love, feed and take pics with the goats.

What to Bring or Wear: Hiking shoe or No open toe shoes allowed, Water, Sunscreen, Poncho or Rain jacket, Sunscreen, Smartphone or Camera & Bug Spray.
