My transportation service will provide a private VIP service for our clients so they do not feel rushed or crowded in the vehicle. We offer Free wifi as most clients don't have mobile service when they land. We also personalize the welcome sign, with a message of their choice and also have balloons and/or cake for special occasions. We offer child car seats with advanced notice. We will hold their luggage while they are in the shopping mall/local shops. We offer a detour stop at the local grocery store or can already have the shopping done in advance. We make sure our clients feel safe and secure at all times. English or Spanish to help coordinate any detours or requests. Our drivers offer free information to help plan their vacation time with recommendations for excursions. Our customers will be given the attention of VIP without the added cost. We offer bottled water or juice during the transport. Our service is all about making our clients feel special.

You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Drivers will pickup passengers at the airport, resort or rental villa/condo. Some locations will cost additional fees if outside the main area. (Cap Cana & Punta Cana - $40; Uvero Alto & Macao - $57) Pickup from the airport after passing immigration and acquiring luggage, our driver will wait for you with an assigned sign with your first and last name. Departure from hotels or rentals will be three hours before your departure flight.

What to expect

Each transport will vary up to 3 hours. The transport is included in most excursions, but if not included, the customer is advised of any additional cost. The driver will arrive with a sign that has the customer's name on it to the agreed location and transport the customers as agreed to their destination. The driver will return to pick up the customer and return to the meeting point or hotel as agreed.
