What's Included
Meeting and pickup
For airport arrivals, please proceed to the designated meeting point after collecting your luggage. If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact us directly. Kindly notify us once you have cleared immigration so we can coordinate your pickup smoothly.
For departures, please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Pickup time will be arranged based on your flight departure to ensure a smooth and timely arrival at the airport.
Flight details are required in advance so we can track your arrival and adjust for any delays. Free waiting time is included for airport pickups.
Please note that the exact pickup time and final driver details will be reconfirmed one day before your service date.
Vehicle Options & Luggage Capacity
We offer three vehicle options to suit different group sizes and travel needs. Please select the most appropriate vehicle based on both the number of passengers and luggage.
1) 7-Seater (Luxury MPV)
- Ideal for small groups or families
- Up to 5–6 passengers
- Luggage: Up to 3–4 suitcases
- Comfortable, premium ride
2) 10-Seater Van
- Perfect for medium-sized groups
- Up to 9 passengers
- Luggage: Up to 6–8 suitcases
- Spacious and practical for group travel
3) 14-Seater Mini Van
- Best for large groups
- Up to 12–13 passengers
- Luggage: Ample space for multiple suitcases

Important Note
Luggage capacity may vary depending on the number of passengers and size of each suitcase.
If luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity, an additional vehicle may be required.
If you are traveling with oversized luggage (e.g. large suitcases, sports equipment, strollers), we recommend selecting a larger vehicle or reducing the number of passengers per booking.
If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us in advance so we can recommend the most suitable vehicle for your needs.
Drop-off locations: Any hotel or accommodation within Osaka city, Kansai International Airport (KIX), Osaka Itami Airport (ITM)
What to expect
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message. Please provide your flight details and hotel information so we can arrange your transfer accurately.
2. Pre-Trip Coordination (1 Day Before)
One day before your service date, we will send you:
- Driver’s name and contact details
- Vehicle information (color and license plate)
- Final pickup time and instructions
3. Airport Arrival Pickup (For Arrival Transfers)
Upon arrival at Kansai International Airport or Osaka Itami Airport:
- Proceed through immigration and collect your luggage
- Head to the designated meeting point
- Contact us once you have cleared immigration
- Your driver will meet you and assist with your luggage
We monitor your flight, so your pickup will be adjusted in case of delays.
4. Hotel Pickup (For Departure Transfers)
Your driver will arrive at your hotel at the scheduled time.
Please be ready in the lobby at least 10 minutes in advance
The pickup time is arranged based on your flight to ensure timely arrival at the airport
5. Comfortable Private Transfer
Relax in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle as your driver takes you directly to your destination. This is a private service with no additional stops.
6. Arrival at Your Destination
For arrivals: You will be dropped off directly at your hotel in Osaka
For departures: You will be dropped off at the correct airport terminal for your flight
