When the dogs strike gold, celebrate with a tasting of freshly unearthed truffles paired with local sparkling wine, surrounded by stunning countryside views.
Back at the farmhouse, things get even better.
Start with a spread of homemade specialties—cured meats, local cheeses, and generous pours of regional wine—before sitting down to a traditional Umbrian meal. Think truffle eggs, bruschetta, seasonal farm dishes, and freshly harvested truffles shaved over everything.
