Pickup time should be assigned based on your flight departure time, location and traffic conditions to ensure timely 2 - 3 hour arrival at the airport.
Please be ready and waiting at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Drivers will wait a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Late arrivals may result in a missed transfer.
For hotels, please wait in the main lobby or designated pickup area.
For villas or private residences, please wait outside at the main entrance or a clearly accessible location.
If you experience any delays, please contact us immediately using the contact details provided on your confirmation.
