A Visit to Dominican Republic is not complete without exploring Santo Domingo, the first city of the New World, the capital of the Dominican Republic. Visiting the Palace of Diego Colon (son of Christopher Colombus). The first Cathedral of America, the museum of the royal houses, etc. These are just some of the spectacular sights of this rich colonial city. In the famous "Zona Colonial", walk along "calle El Conde" (first commercial pedestrian street of the new world) . Enjoy watching the process of preparing Dominican Chocolate from the Cacao seed, then we will share a delicious traditional Dominican lunch with soft drinks in a typical restaurant named “El Conuco” and we’ll finish our day with a visit to the Amber Museum. You will see some of the most precious amber of the world, with gems containing small fishes or insects, an almost pre-historical proof of life on the sea planet. Amazing!
