Upon arrival at the bakery, please notify bakery staff that you're there for the baking class. They will point you in the right direction. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early. This experience starts promptly, and you may not be able to join if you arrive late.

What to expect
Get hands on and learn authentic French baking techniques from an expert baker during this small-group insider experience (max 8 guests). You’ll get hands-on experience preparing bread and croissant dough, learn fascinating facts about iconic French pastries, and gain the know-how to differentiate one baguette from another.
You’ll even learn the difference between bread flours, yeast and sourdough, how to laminate dough, and baguette-shaping techniques. And of course there will be tastings along the way to understand how flavor influences what you create.

- Children are allowed, but they must be accompanied by an adult. Kids under the age of 5 can join free of charge, but they won’t be able to participate in the hands-on baking experience due to safety concerns.
- This tour requires you to be able to stand for an extended period of time. It is 15 steps to the bakery on the 2nd floor with no elevator.
