Our ride inside El Retiro Park is just as scenic, filled with shady paths, flowers, fountains, and the beautiful Crystal Palace, where we’ll take a quick break to enjoy the view.
Finally, we'll return our bikes and end at the popular Chocolatería 1902 pastry shop for churros and dippable hot chocolate.

One of the main attractions inside the Buen Retiro Park, this is one of the few sculptures in the world dedicated to the fall of Lucifer from Heaven. Here you’ll learn the devilish secret behind why this is one of the rarest statues in Europe.
Once one of the most important monasteries in Madrid, the remaining buildings here are now shared between the church of St. Jerome and the worldwide famous Prado Museum. It’s also a nice spot to enjoy a view of the Prado Museum.
Admire this neoclassical fountain dedicated to Neptune, Roman god of the sea, just in front of the Prado Museum. People who support the Atlético Madrid team come here to celebrate their victories.
If there is time, you will see the Mercado de San Miguel. Opened back in May 1916 as a local food market, in 2009 the Mercado de San Miguel is one of the city’s finest examples of cast-iron architecture.
Leaving our bikes behind, we’ll end our tour at this famous pastry shop, one of the oldest in Madrid. Savor the sweetness of their famous churros with chocolate. You can stay here as long as you’d like.
