Start your day at a bustling local market, shopping for fresh, seasonal ingredients and learning about the flavors and produce that define Vietnamese cuisine. Please note that food costs are not included; you can budget around $15–30 per person.
Back at the coffee house, prepare a variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes with guidance from the students and your instructor. Learn traditional techniques, pick up local tips, and have fun experimenting with flavors.

After our market tour, we’ll head to the kitchen, roll up our sleeves, and get cooking!
