The tea ceremony is not just about drinking tea; it is also a means of spiritual enlightenment.
Experience a Japanese tea ceremony while wearing a kimono for an authentic taste of traditional Japan. Suitable kimono options are available for women and men, and you receive guidance on how to wear the provided kimono. Once you have donned the kimono, your tea master starts the tea ceremony.
The tea ceremony instructor will explain the culture and history of the tea ceremony and then make tea for you .
In the end, you can experience making tea yourself.
This package includes green tea and Japanese sweets,（two of each） with ample time for photo ops.

What to expect
We have rental kimonos available. This is a kimono that you can easily wear by yourself. Wear it over your clothes.
Learn about the culture, traditions, and etiquette of the tea ceremony from your teacher, watch the ceremony, and enjoy matcha and Japanese sweets. You can also make your own matcha and drink it.
By participating in the experience, you will learn how to enjoy matcha, and you can enjoy it at home as well.

You will be seated on the tatami. Of course, you are welcome to sit on a chair if you wish. We also provide cushion, so you won't be forced to sit straight.
Enjoy authentic Japanese tea culture.
Please note that you will not be able to enter the room after class has started.
