Itinerary

Duration: 2 hours (approximately)
  • 1
    Piazza della Signoria

You will recognize our guide immediately: who doesn’t know the face of His Majesty Michelangelo Buonarroti? After warmly welcoming the group—and paying special attention to our youngest guests—he will introduce the origins of Florence and explain how, in just a few centuries, it became the cradle of the Renaissance and the birthplace of some of the greatest geniuses in the history of world art. In this square, we will discover a replica of what is probably the most famous—and most breathtaking—statue in the world: Michelangelo’s David.

    Ponte Vecchio

We will walk through the Uffizi Square—home to the most visited museum in Italy!—and reach the stunning Ponte Vecchio. From there, we will slowly make our way toward the Mercato Nuovo, where we’ll discover Florence’s very own “Trevi Fountain” - "Il Porcellino"

    Church and Museum of Orsanmichele

Before reaching the magnificent Cathedral Square, we will stop to uncover the secrets of Florence’s most extraordinary (and eccentric!) church, where we will come face to face with an “ancestor” of Michelangelo’s iconic David.
