• You will visit the first winery of Guanajuato, recognized nationally and internationally for its architectural and wine tourism vision. Cuna de Tierra has been awarded the Best Industrial Project at the Architecture Biennale of Mexico City, Icons of Mexican Design by Architectural Digest and the Silver Medal at the XIII Biennale of Mexican Architecture.

• As pioneers in the region, we honor the identity of the Valley of Independence, carefully integrating landscape, history, architecture and the winemaking process into every experience.

• Through a guided tour, you will explore the complete process of wine, from vineyard to glass, discovering the technique, character and philosophy that distinguish each of the labels.

• The experience culminates with an exclusive four-stroke pairing meal by Chef Ricardo Luna, a cuisine inspired locally and seasonally is carefully harmonized with four wines.

What to expect

Description
Live a fine dining experience among vineyards, where wine, landscape and culinary creativity meet in perfect harmony.
The tour starts between the vineyards and olive groves, continues to the Torre de Tierra viewpoint with panoramic views of the vineyard and enters the production area and barrels, where you will know up close the process that gives life to the wines.
The experience culminates with a four-stroke pairing meal, designed by Chef Ricardo Luna and accompanied by a guided tasting of four selected wines from the house. Each dish and glass has been designed to highlight the character of the vineyard and offer an authentic, elegant and memorable experience.
