The meeting point is chosen by the customer when booking (Hotel, Porto Airport, Cruise Terminal, Local Accommodation). The driver's telephone number is provided to customers so they can better arrange the pick-up time and location and address any problems that may arise. The service is carried out in a luxury car (Mercedes Class E up to 3 PAX / Mercedes Class V up to 7 PAX) with a professional driver, Wi-Fi on board and bottled water. All passengers and vehicles are fully covered with premium insurance, required by Portuguese law.
