Podere degli Olmi is the only original Leopoldina house that can be visited, and since it is private, access is only possible through this experience.
The guide will be the descendant of one of the oldest noble families, who will tell you every detail of the Valdichiana and its traditions.
You will take a leap back a few centuries, and it will be interesting to be in the presence of objects and walls full of history and years.
The visit will end with a tasting of typical products linked to the territory, the history and cultivation of which will be illustrated to you, so that you can spend an evening learning about the secrets and nature of the territory that hosts you: the Valdichiana.

Meeting and pickup
along the road that connects Foiano della Chiana to Cesa. We are the Podere that is located immediately after the Tamoil distributor, going towards Arezzo. ATTENTION THE EXPERIENCE CAN BE HELD IN ANY TYPE OF WEATHER
What to expect
We will visit the main part of the House and the ancient stables, and you will be told how life was in ancient times in the places of our interest.
We will then invite you to the Secret Garden, where together we will learn about local products and wines, which will vary from time to time depending on the season. It will be an invitation to the home of friends, to thank you for choosing to focus your attention on the history of our Podere.
If the temperature allows it, we will stay outside, otherwise we will do the tasting inside in one of the magnificent rooms of the location.
It will be an unforgettable experience, which will drag you directly into the rural history of the Valdichiana, making you discover anecdotes, proverbs, songs and poems of rural life.
You will be accompanied by the noble descendant of the family to which the Leopoldina has always belonged, and who will tell you, only if you wish, the history of her own family.
