Pickup details:

Guests staying at a hotel should meet the Driver/Guide at the front gate. Guests on Cruise ship should meet near the Colombian Emeralds Store. Look out for the Driver/Guide with the Lush Excursions uniform. The Guide will have the name of the Lead Traveler on a clipboard displayed.
