Kick off your Asakusa adventure with a relaxing start at Sukemasa Coffee, a stylish local café. Before hitting the streets, we will spend 45 minutes getting to know each other over quality drinks while your guide provides a practical "crash course" on Japanese culture—covering essential tips on train etiquette, trash disposal, and local manners to help you navigate your stay with confidence.
Once refreshed, we dive into the history of the area, visiting Senso-ji, Tokyo’s oldest and most iconic Buddhist temple, followed immediately by the peaceful Asakusa Shrine to experience the quiet contrast of the Shinto faith. The tour concludes with a stroll through the lively, covered arcade of Shin-Nakamise Shopping Street, allowing you to experience the vibrant mix of traditional souvenirs and daily local life rain or shine.

We will meet up at Asakusa station. There are 3 Asakusa stations in this area. Note that the meeting point is the one for Tsukuba Express(TX) at 3-111, Nishi-Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo.

2Senso-ji Temple
