Welcome to our Cooking Class at our Restaurant, a unique experience that combines culinary art with the breathtaking beauty of the Amalfi Coast. Located in the heart of Positano, we offer not only a spectacular view of the crystalline sea, but also the opportunity to discover the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine, under the expert guidance of our chefs.

Our cooking class is designed for lovers of good food who wish to learn how to prepare authentic dishes using fresh, local ingredients. During the lesson, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at preparing classic recipes such as Sorrento-style gnocchi, fresh grilled fish with aromatic herbs and the famous limoncello, the typical liqueur of our land.

Meeting point

The meeting point is located at our restaurant. You have to go down to the Spiaggia Grande of Positano and go all the way to the cliff.

What to expect

The course starts at 10:30 with a guided tour of the local market, where we will select the best seasonal products together. This will be followed by a practical session in our outdoor kitchen, where, immersed in a convivial and relaxed atmosphere, you can get your hands dirty and learn traditional cooking techniques. Our chefs will show you step by step how to prepare each dish, sharing with you tips and tricks that will make each course a success.

At the end of the lesson, we will all sit together on the beautiful Rooftop terrace to enjoy the fruits of our labor, accompanied by a glass of local wine. It will be a moment of sharing and conviviality, where you can appreciate not only the delicious food, but also the company of new friends and the enchanting view of Positano at sunset.
