What to expect
At the end of the experience we have the Portuguese tapas (a table with a selection of traditional Portuguese cheeses and a table of black pork fillings from bolota, including black foot ham), bread, corn broth, Alentejano bread cakes, olives, tremoços, sweets and regional cakes. To accompany we have white or red wine, beer, water, various juices.
